Tony Conigliaro: My Summer Cocktails


Tony Conigliaro is widely acknowledged as one of the UK’s pioneering drinks creators; after working in a number of top restaurants like Isola and the Shochu Lounge in London, he noted the work of the chefs and incorporated new methods into his cocktail making.

Conigliaro broke the boundaries of the drinking experiences and has created some truly phenomenal cocktail menus. Here he reveals his top five summer cocktails…


1) Jasmine Tea Gimlet
